Each serving, amounting to 1/10th of the package, contains 170 calories, 0.5 grams of saturated fat, which is 3% of the daily value; 340 milligrams of sodium, constituting 15% of the daily value; and 18 grams of total sugars. The mix is designed to produce a cake with a perfectly moist texture.
